Một số kinh nghiệm được rút ra:

• Đối với các sản phẩm của MS thì luôn có những tool của cu cậu để dọn dẹp sạch những phầm mềm này (Office, Visual Studio). Dùng các tool khác như Revo chẳng hạn, có thể gây ra hậu quả khôn lường.
• Không nên táy máy với registry. Tốt nhất nên backup lại trước khi làm.

Để fix lại lỗi này ta có thể làm như sau:

I was having this same issue and finally managed to get around it by doing the following:

• Navigate to C:\Program Files\Common Files\microsoft shared
• If there is a folder called OFFICE15 or OfficeSoftwareProtectionPlatform delete that folder.
• Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Microsoft Shared
• Same as above, If there is a folder called OFFICE15 or OfficeSoftwareProtectionPlatform delete that folder.
